Mike Jalonen, CEO
Mike’s broad experience in the software industry spans entrepreneurial, sales and marketing, and key executive roles, including CEO. His previous experience with several thriving software initiatives prepared him for his current role in helping companies to make their SaaS implementations more successful. In 2003, Mike founded Customized Business Solutions, Inc. (CBS) and focused this custom software development firm on the needs of the small to medium business market in the southern California. When that company was acquired by Integrated Tech, Mike stayed on as Director of Sales and Marketing, and helped the company double its workforce and triple its customer base within 18 months. In 2006, Mike became CEO at ThinkLogic and assembled an experienced team of system architects, software engineers and eBusiness consultants. It was with this talented team that Mike began developing a new business model offering unique services to "Software as a Service" (SaaS) companies that would help them get to market faster while lowering costs. In 2007, recognizing the upward trend in the SaaS market and the opportunities and need for specialized business and technical services, Mike followed his entrepreneurial instincts and became a co-founder of OnDemand Solutions, Inc. His industry knowledge and experience in this exciting, emerging market has helped numerous clients achieve their SaaS objectives.
Julie Citroen, President & COO
Julie’s ability to help companies plan, scope and develop software and SaaS applications is a product of more than 20 years of experience in business analysis and strategic planning, primarily relating to software applications, software development and software delivery. In 1992, Julie managed a company wide process reengineering effort and implementation of an imaging workflow strategy at Aurora National Life Company (formerly Executive Life Insurance). Leading a team of business analysts and software engineers, she streamlined processes and designed and developed "transactional software" using imaging technology eliminating paper, reducing wait times and raising the standard of customer service. In 1994, as a Principal in A-Frame Software Company, Julie helped to design, develop and market a successful "turnkey" image-based workflow application, which she was later responsible for implementing in several Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, Julie went on to found her own consulting company. From that point forward, she worked with senior executives in a broad range of industries to help them identify business opportunities, address complex issues and to use technology to maximize operational efficiency and drive their businesses forward. After meeting Mike Jalonen in 2006 and working alongside him to develop the new SaaS business model, Julie joined Mike and became a co-founder of OnDemand Solutions, Inc in 2007.
Aaron Junod, VP Technology
Aaron has over 15 years of experience in
designing, developing and delivering technology
solutions that are designed to meet business needs
in a broad range of industries and workplace
settings. In particular, Aaron helps software companies
use and harness the power of emerging technologies
to resolve business and technical issues and
challenges. Aaron has held a wide range of senior
architect and software development positions in
companies including Evolution Benefits, Realized
Solutions/KVA Communications and Best/World
Associates and was responsible for planning,
architecting, developing and maintaining several
key business and product lines, specifically in the SAS arena.
Aaron has a proven ability to understand complex business problems,
evaluate bleeding edge technology and balance
existing technologies in order to provide unique
and innovative technology solutions based on solid
design and information architectures.
Marylou Garcia, CFO
Marylou has 20 years of senior financial
management experience in public and private firms
and entrepreneurial ventures, both domestic and
international. In particular, Marylou has held a
wide range of senior positions in Finance,
including CFO, Corporate Director of Finance,
Regional and Controller positions. Marylou works closely
with software companies to understand, implement, and
leverage the SaaS business model to build a strong
recurring revenue stream. Her background includes a broad
range of industries and companies, from start-ups
to Fortune 500 organizations, in 18 different
countries including Asia, the Caribbean, North,
South and Latin Americas. Marylou has an MBA in
Finance from the Wharton Business School.
Brett Gordon, VP Sales
Brett brings many years of sales management, consulting and
leadership experience, with the objective of growing the
company’s sales organization into a world class operation.
His focus is to grow revenue, deliver profitability for the
company and provide best in class SaaS offerings to our clients.
His demonstrated success as a business development executive
aligns perfectly with our goal to be the recognized leader for
SaaS consulting, planning and development services. Brett has
worked in leadership positions in both sales and marketing.
Prior to joining OnDemand Solutions, he enjoyed a 10-year sales
career with TUI, where he held a variety of sales and sales
management positions working with Fortune 500 clients. His
software experience includes SaaS solutions, IBM WebSphere,
IBM HATS, Business Process Management (BPM), content management,
payment solutions and image-based applications. Brett has an
extensive understanding of operations related to banking,
government and mortgage industries. Brett is a graduate of the
University of Oregon and a Master Scuba Diver.
